Please note that the amount of catalogues printed and the distribution method must be provided. |

| H | Home | The Award Category for all Catalogues directed at the Home market, both inside and out. This Category covers Furniture, Appliances and Floor Coverings through to Home Repairs and Hardware. |
| L | Letterbox | Each of the following awards is open to high volume catalogues delivered to householders through their letterbox. These hard working "salesmen" are the driving force behind the success of many retailers. |
| S | Super High Volume | Designed to recognise large national retailers who frequently produce very high volumes over 4 million copies per issue and/or over 40 million per annum. |

| A | Specialty Retailers and Marketers | A category for locally focused marketers producing high quality, low run catalogues to promote their business. |
| C | Creative Marketing | Awards made in this category are decided on individual skills rather than the overall presentation of the catalogue. There are no limitations to style, size or format. All material presented must be original work and be featured in a catalogue produced during the 12 month period immediately prior to close-off date. |
| T | Technology On Paper | Awarded for the best complimentary use of technology within a printed catalogue. Be it QR codes, e-commerce or website links, SMS, Twitter or Facebook. This Award will recognise the most effective use of technology within a catalogue as part of an integrated, multi channel campaign. |
| ACHIEVEMENT CATEGORIES | ||
| P1 | Best Advertising Agency | This is the ultimate accolade for an agency or retailer who consistently produces outstanding results. Either the advertising agency or the advertiser whose name appears on the catalogue entered can win this prestigious award. Points are accrued from the top scoring 25 catalogues entered. | P2 | Best Young Designer | The Best Young Designer award will be judged by a team of senior agency creative directors, assessing catalogue design work produced since the previous Awards close-off date. It is expected that entrants would be nominees of their agency / employer who would provide a written verification of the originality of the submitted work, however this should not preclude others, such as freelancers, who may wish to enter independently.
